Preventive Maintenance:

• Diagnostic check of condenser units, RTU's, package units, and mini split systems. Technicians will itemize problems by importance for client and will inform them by a written email with a quote.
• Check CFM for adequate ventilation for room size to improve facility climate.
• Replace the air filters with hypoallergenic filters for a healthier work environment.
• Purge drain lines to prevent overflow and ceiling damage.
• Atlas Climate Control will provide discounted contract pricing for client if the client has a signed a Preventive Maintenance Agreement.
• If client has both janitorial agreement and a preventive maintenance agreement with Atlas, no emergency late night charge will be added to repair. Having access to the facility after working hours by janitorial crew, technicians can do the necessary repair (if parts are in stock) and have the air condition ready for the following workday. Advantage - No working between employees or paying an employee overtime to sit and wait for technicians to repair the unit.

New Construction & New Installs:

• Calculate and design to specifications for the facility environment and aesthetics required by client, architect, and engineering firm.
• Take out the necessary permitting with City of Houston, Harris County for installation of the units and work with city inspectors for all installations to be up to city code.
• Coordinate roof penetrations with General Contractor for structural integrity for setting of the RTU's.
• Coordinate with electrical contractors to secure the adequate amperage and power per unit so installation of the units will be up to city code and not cause any electrical fire hazards.
• Design, build, and install ducting to prevent condensation of duct runs and provide required CFM per duct for the facility environment and client needs.
• Design, build, and install ventilation to remove unwanted air and heat from areas in the facility such as labs, kitchen, restrooms, open air craw space, and warehouses.

Repairs & Retrofit:

• Atlas Climate Control believes in fixing the unit, not selling the client a new unit until it is necessary.
• Diagnose existing unit for problems and quote client before any thing is fixed. If client has a signed Preventive Maintenance Agreement, the pricing for the fix will reflect the discounted contract pricing in repairs and trip charges.
• If problem unit is found to have a history of not removing the amount of heat required to cool the area, Atlas Climate Control will work with client to provide options in cooling the area. Sometimes the heat load (amount of people and working electronics that generate heat in that area has increased throughout time) does not match the amount of heat that the unit must remove to keep the climate desirable.
